Hypnotherapy is powerful for targeted work on specific issues where the subconscious mind is holding a pattern.

Each session includes a thorough consultation, the hypnotherapy work itself, and a recording for you to use at home. Depending on the depth of work needed, we may split this across two sessions to allow for proper integration.

HOW TO BOOK
It all starts with a conversation
STEP 1
Set up your free 20-minute consultation call. Here we discuss in more detail how the sessions will run and what they’ll feel like. You can ask any questions you need to before we determine the package that’s more appropriate to your needs. From here I’ll send your booking link to schedule your first session. At this point, payment is taken upfront.
STEP 2
Then comes the first session. This is very much a conversation. In the first half, I’ll be asking some specific questions to really understand you’re issue, though I’ll most likely be looking at it in a new and different way than you may have experienced before. Then I spend time with you getting clear on your aims and goals, helping you to really get in touch with exactly how it is you want to be, see, and feel in yourself.
STEP 3
Then, we move on to the hugely transformative hypnotherapeutic processes. These sessions are deeply relaxing, intriguing, and powerful. All sessions are by Zoom, so they can take place directly in the comfort of your own familiar space.
